Tomasz Sowa 53547cfab5 * added: global Gamma() function ...

* added:   gamma() function to the parser
* added:   Big::IsInteger() method
           returns true if the value is integer
* added:   CGamma<ValueType> class
           is used with Gamma() and Factorial() in multithreaded environment
* changed: Factorial() is using the Gamma() function now
* removed: Parser<>::SetFactorialMax() method
           the factorial() is such a fast now that we don't need the method longer
* removed: ErrorCode::err_too_big_factorial
