added: acceptbaseparser.h acceptbaseparser.cpp

class AcceptBaseParser for parsing http accept* headers
added: acceptencodingparser.h
       class AcceptEncodingParser for parsing HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING header
added: compresion only when HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING has 'deflate'
       and the browser is not the Internet Explorer
