Tomasz Sowa 1efe39686b added: UInt::PrintLog(const char * msg, std::ostream & output)

used for debugging purposes by macro TTMATH_LOG(msg)
         (it is used in nearly all methods in UInt class)
added:   macro TTMATH_DEBUG_LOG: when defined then TTMATH_LOG() 
         put some debug information (to std::cout)
