fixed: powering algorithm in:

UInt::Pow(UInt<value_size> pow)
       Big::Pow(UInt<pow_size> pow)
       Big::PowUInt(Big<exp, man> pow)
       when 'pow' was sufficient large the algorithm returned carry
       but the result could have been calculated correctly
