changed: in ttmathtypes.h
'typedef unsigned long long int ulint' has been put inside '#ifdef TTMATH_NOASM' in order to not confuse a compiler while compiling with strict iso c++ (errors about not defining 'long long' in the c++ standard) git-svn-id: svn://ttmath.org/publicrep/ttmath/trunk@137 e52654a7-88a9-db11-a3e9-0013d4bc506e
