- pikotools is in src subdirectory now
- map_fields() -> fields()
- prepare_table() -> table()
- instead of pt::MainSpaceParser we have pt::MainOptionsParser now

now Model.update() and Model.insert() can update/insert the whole tree with child models
...
(at the moment without lists/vectors only model childs)
